We're a women’s clothing and accessories retailer operating at kathurekouture.com. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping and fulfillment partners; many imported styles ship from overseas.
Destinations, rates and services
We currently provide delivery for eligible United States destinations. Shipping options, any applicable charges, and available delivery services appear at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Processing depends on the item and fulfillment partner. We cannot promise that every product will ship the next business day. Please check the information provided at checkout; transit estimates can vary by destination, fulfillment location and carrier. Orders with multiple items may arrive separately. If an order cannot be delivered within the applicable timeframe, we will contact you and comply with applicable consumer law.
Tracking and address updates
Tracking will be shared when the carrier or supplier provides it. Please confirm your shipping address and unit number at checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error, as address changes are not always possible after processing begins.
Returns
For return eligibility and refunds, read our Refund Policy. Under the currently posted policy, eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery and approved return shipments receive a free return label. Please obtain return instructions before shipping anything back.
